We ship all orders from Southern California within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Important Notes:
- Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address—we cannot offer refunds for incorrect addresses.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. In these cases, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
- We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible, but once the carrier is in possession of the package, we do not have control over the delivery timetable.
- Pre-orders ship on or around the estimated ship date listed on the product page, not within 48 hours. See our Refund Policy for pre-order terms.
