We ship all orders from Southern California within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Important Notes:
- Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address—we cannot offer refunds for incorrect addresses.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. In these cases, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
- We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible, but once the carrier is in possession of the package, we do not have control over the delivery timetable.

return + cancellation policy
All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of each canvas and accessory, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.
damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
order cancellations
Orders for physical items may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase by emailing hello@navynoo.com. After that, your order will begin processing and cannot be cancelled.
