How do I join Club Noo?

Simply create an account on our website, and youā€™ll be automatically enrolled in Club Noo, no purchase necessary.

Do my points expire?

Yes, points expire 2 years after they are earned if not used.

How do I check my points balance?

Log into your account, and your points will be displayed in the Smile rewards portal.

How do I redeem my points?

Redeeming your points is simple! Just follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Club Noo account.
  2. Go to the Rewards section in your account dashboard.
  3. Click Redeem next to the reward you want.
  4. Copy your unique discount code.
  5. Apply the code at checkout to use your reward.
What purchases qualify for points?

Points are earned on product purchases only. Shipping fees, taxes, and gift card purchases do not earn points.

Can I earn points on past purchases?

Points cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases. Points start accumulating from the moment you join Club Noo.

What happens if I return an item?

If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.

What are welcome gifts?

Welcome gifts are applied after you enter a new tier and will be available for redemption in your rewards portal.

How does the birthday bonus work?

You receive the birthday bonus only for the tier you are in at the time of your birthday, and you can only receive one birthday gift per calendar year.

How long do I keep my tier status?

Once you qualify for a tier, you keep that status for the rest of the current calendar year (January 1 to December 31) and the entire following calendar year.

Can I combine rewards with other promotions?

Rewards codes can be combined with some promotions, but not all.
