Our Story
Hi, I’m Olivia, wife to Zack, mom of two girls, and the founder of Navy Noo. Navy Noo started as a passion project while I was on maternity leave with our youngest daughter, Navy. I was in that familiar season of diapers, nap schedules, and endless snacks, but craving something creative just for me. Needlepoint had always been that space. Quiet. Meditative. Joyful.
The only problem? Getting supplies was anything but joyful. Shipping was slow. Shops didn’t offer full kitting. And trying to sneak out to a store with two little ones in tow? Not happening. One night, after Zack hit a hole in one (yes, really), we realized we might be able to do something about it.
We used his prize winnings to launch Navy Noo with one mission: to make needlepoint easier to access, whether you're grabbing a single skein or diving into your next big project. Named after our daughter and built during nap times and late nights, Navy Noo is proudly family owned and operated here in Sunny Southern California. Zack and I pack every order ourselves, often with a baby and kindergartner underfoot, and every piece we ship is wrapped with care and a whole lot of love.

Meet the Noo Crew
Navy Noo is truly a family affair. Olivia and Zack run the business together while raising their two daughters, Wren and Navy.
Olivia
Founder & Creative Director
With a long history in marketing and e-commerce, Olivia grew up working in her family’s baby and children’s store. Her passion for creativity and community-building led to the creation of Navy Noo as a welcoming space for stitchers of all levels.
Zack
Co-Founder & Operations
Zack brings a strong background in finance and operations to Navy Noo. He keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes—from inventory to fulfillment—while sharing the same hands-on dedication to every order that leaves our shop.
Wren
Chief Pink Officer
Our resident pink expert (age 5) specializes in color approval, sticker application, and studio dance breaks. She takes her role very seriously and is known for saying, “This one needs more pink.”
Navy
Baby Boss
As the tiniest team member, Navy is in charge of naps, giggles, and surprise office visits. Her presence keeps the crew smiling and grounded in what matters most.
