how long will it take for my order to ship?
We ship all orders within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, from Southern California. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected, but may take up to 10 business days.
what shipping options do you offer?
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard: $5, up to 10 business days
- Priority: $10, 5 business days
- Express: $15, 3 business days
- Free Standard Shipping: For orders over $75 (U.S. only)
do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the custom nature of our needlepoint canvases and accessories, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
can i cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase by emailing hello@navynoo.com. After this time, your order will be processed and cannot be cancelled.
what if my item is damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@navynoo.com so we can resolve the issue.
do you have a physical location?
Not at this time. We are currently building out a class and event schedule for North County San Diego!
